![]() ![]() Perhaps my wording wasn't as clear, so I will try to explain the points that you addressed. You seem to have completely missed the point of my argument. The claim that MS did this on purpose is quite ridiculous too - do you really think people who use VMs just to play with old software actually paid for their copy of Windows? On the other side, people who use virtualization as a part of their job (most VM users) probably have a legal Windows 10 Pro license anyway, so how would that even impact them? So unless you want to sit and watch the paint dry, it's not a viable option. It is quite unlikely somebody will patch the Virtual PC hypervisor in order to work with Windows 10 圆4, because nobody has really used Virtual PC for years by now, therefore it's hardly worth the effort.
